The Story Behind the Practice
I came to the United States at 27 with a plan and not much else. I knew I wanted to build something that mattered — something that would create real stability for my family and real value for the people I served. Real estate became the vehicle for that. First as something I navigated personally as a new homeowner in a new country. Then as a career I have given 24 years of my professional life to.
I started in Connecticut, where I spent more than two decades working with buyers and sellers across a range of markets and price points. The move to Florida brought a new market, bigger opportunities, and a broader vision for how I could serve clients.
Adding the mortgage license was not an afterthought — it was a deliberate decision. I watched too many clients get disconnected from the process at the financing stage. Two separate professionals, two separate timelines, twice the confusion at the worst possible moment. I knew that if I brought both sides under one roof, I could fundamentally change the experience for the families I serve. Jhenesis Mortgage grew out of that belief.
